Unlike many theoreticians, his academic credentials are backed up with having developed several multi-million dollar businesses from start-up.

Colin has written numerous books on executive development & human potential published in 30 languages, including the international no 1 bestseller, ‘Born to Succeed’. He advises global organizations and was chosen by Pfizer UK as their external ‘change agent’ to develop the potential of their top people. His input to a communications initiative led to over 5 million copies of the interactive book, TalkWorks being distributed to consumers. He is Vice-President of the Small Business Bureau which liases with the UK Government for better business.
